> We've been doing building work around Whanganui since 2016, mostly renovations, decks, and the sort of repair jobs other trades pass on. Small crew, no subcontracting out the tricky bits.

- **Renovations** — Kitchens, bathrooms, and full house renovations, including the plumbing and electrical coordination
- **Decks and pergolas** — Treated pine and hardwood decks built to handle the river weather
- **Reclad and repairs** — Weathertightness repairs, monolithic recladding, and rot replacement
- **New builds** — Small to medium new homes and sleepouts, from foundation to lockup
- **Insurance repairs** — Storm and flood damage repairs, quoted direct with insurers where needed
- **General maintenance** — Fence repairs, gutter replacement, deck resealing, and the odd job that needs doing before it becomes a big one

## About

Dave Tremaine started the business after fifteen years working for other builders around the lower North Island. These days it's Dave and two apprentices, and we keep the jobs local so we're not spending half the day driving. Quotes are written properly, with a materials list, not scribbled on the back of an envelope.
